About Arlene:
Arlene worked for 10 years at the Toronto Waldorf School in community development and seven years in adult education at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in Toronto.  In 2010, she co-founded My Child, Myself (www.mychildmyself.ca) which offers programs for inner parenting. She offers summer training intensives to be an adult educator (www.newadultlearning.com), is chair of the  Lifeways Ontario board, chair of the Northern Lights Waldorf School in Thunder Bay, owner of Mercurius Canada, owner of Warmth and Weather (www.warmthandweather.ca), mother to Logan and Hartt, and Grandmother to Angus.
She has facilitated school community visioning sessions, worked with faculty members and boards at a number of Waldorf schools, including Trillium Waldorf School during their accreditation process.
